Setting the course for the future

The SALESIANER Group, a leading provider of rental textiles for industry, commerce and healthcare in Austria and Central Europe, is realigning its management and thus setting the course for a successful future. The new structure, which came into effect on January 1, 2025, distributes management responsibility to three additional C-level positions reporting directly to Thomas Krautschneider and Victor Ioane and strengthens the company’s strategic direction.

The leadership structure is reinforced by:

• Chief Customer Officer (CCO): Romana Steinböck
  As CCO, Romana Steinböck is responsible for all customer-oriented areas and focuses on service quality, customer loyalty and the development of new potential.
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Johann Kandelsdorfer
  As CFO, Johann Kandelsdorfer controls the financial stability and economic direction of the group in a dynamic market environment.
• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Phillip-Sebastian Marchl
  As COO, Phillip-Sebastian Marchl takes responsibility for operational efficiency, professional structures and the further development of the group’s performance.
