Mmag. Dr. Michael Schilchegger that the “unit parties have a self -stamina”: “The unit parties have collected punishments by the ups and wanted to re -eligrate them by law. Due to critical speeches, they are then rammed back and have publicly asserted that at the last minute you want to bring in an amendment to the plenum with which the retroactive effect is to be removed.”
In fact, the amendment brought today continue to contain the fraudulent retroactive effect: “Only in relation to facts for which there is already a decision of the UPT – allegedly, because this part is also legistically not formulated in a legistically neatly formulated – the previous legal situation continues to apply. However, it would have been necessary for the retroactive amnesty! The unit parties have been used. then?” explains Schilchegger.
Schilchegger also noted that this change in the Party Financing Act not only contradicts constitutional law, but also the requirements of Union law about European political parties. “The conscientious implementation of Union law is supposedly so important for the unit parties. However, when it comes to their own party health insurance companies, Europe is suddenly no longer so important to them. It shows deeply,” said the free constitutional spokesman.
