PIERER Mobility AG: Sale of shares in MV Agusta
• Sale of all shares in MV Agusta to the minority shareholder Art of
Mobility S.A.
In November 2022, KTM AG, a subsidiary of PIERER Mobility AG, acquired
25.1% of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., based in Varese (Italy), by way of a
capital increase and increased its shareholding to 50.1% in spring 2024.
KTM AG has reached an agreement to sell its majority stake in MV Agusta to
the minority shareholder Art of Mobility S.A. for an enterprise value in
the mid double-digit million range. The transaction is subject to the
approval or non-prohibition of committees and authorities. The transaction
is expected to be finalized in the first half of 2025.
