ROCKETS lands again at the crowdinvesting summit: The Graz platform is the market leader in Austria

Around a third of the market share for the 10th anniversary.

Graz (OTS) – The financial portal Geldmarie regularly publishes data and facts about the crowdinvesting industry in Austria and thus provides an independent market overview. The latest statistics for the 2023 year in review show: With a total funding volume of 35.3 million euros and a corresponding market share of 32.69%, ROCKETS can claim market leadership. The Graz company’s crowd made around 25,000 investments in 2023, meaning around 70 investment opportunities were successfully financed. If you only look at the independent portals in the statistics, ROCKETS even has a market share of 40.34%.

Although the crowdinvesting market declined for the first time, this is primarily due to the investment opportunities in real estate that have prevailed to date. The real estate market was confronted with increased costs and reduced demand due to inflation, increased interest rates and the effects of the KIM regulation. These developments have inevitably impacted the dynamics of investment in real estate projects.

ROCKETS was able to position itself so well overall because it relies on a diversified strategy. In addition to real estate projects, investors also find the opportunity to invest in start-ups and established companies.
