Results of the general meeting of AT&S AG, Andy Mattes Neuer AT & S supervisory board chairman

Today’s 31st ordinary general meeting of the AT&S Austria Technology and System Technology Aktiengesellschaft (AT & S) has decided not to pay a dividend for the 2024/25 financial year. Deloitte Audit Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH was appointed for the final auditor for the annual financial statements and the group financial statements for the 2025/26 financial year. Andy Mattes was newly elected to the supervisory board. It was ordered until the 36th ordinary general meeting in 2030. Georg Hansis was re -elected.

All other agenda items submitted for resolutions were also accepted by the shareholders represented at the Annual General Meeting: inside. The voting results of the ordinary AT & S general meeting 2025 can be found at www.ats.net.

In the subsequent Supervisory Board meeting, Andy Mattes, who was elected member of the Supervisory Board in the Annual General Meeting, was elected chairman of the Supervisory Board. “The Supervisory Board is very pleased to have won a proven top expert in the technology industry with Andy Mattes”explains Dr. Georg Riedl, who now acts as deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mattes looks back on an impressive career in leading positions at well-known companies in Silicon Valley and is one of the most renowned German-American managers in his generation.

Andreas Walter “Andy” Mattes studied business administration in Munich and then started his international career. After more than 20 years at Siemens, he took on leading functions at Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto. This was followed by stations as CEO of Diebold Inc., where he was responsible for the takeover of Wincor Nixdorf AG and the subsequent merger of Diebold Nixdorf Inc.. After that, Andy Mattes Senior Advisor was at McKinsey. From 2020 to 2022 he was President and CEO of Coherent, Inc., a worldwide leading provider of laser technology and photonics solutions, and successfully led the sale of the company to II-VI incorporated. Andy Mattes has decades of experience in supervisory boards of listed companies on three continents. Among other things, he is the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of Amsosram AG.

AT&S is a worldwide leading manufacturer of high-quality IC substrates and circuit boards as well as developers of future connection technologies for the core areas of mobile devices, automotive & aerospace, industrial, medical and high-performance computing for VR and AI applications.
