From September 15th to 17th, 2025, the FAFGA becomes the meeting point for Tyrolean gastronomy and hotel industry at the Innsbruck fair. For three days, everything revolves around exchange, new products and practical solutions. Right in the middle: The FAFGA Future Feast, which opens up fresh perspectives on the hospitality of tomorrow with strong impulses.
With football team boss Ralf Rangnick and star chef Frank Rosin, two sizes of her field are on stage-openly, charismatic and with concentrated know-how. Rangnick talks about team leadership, motivation and intercultural management and thus topics that also count every day in tourism. Rosin brings culinary excitement to the stage together with the Tyrolean Thomas Penz in the “Duel of the top chefs”. Then he shares his view of quality, innovation and personality in the catering trade.
Whether in a technical discussion with quality exhibitors or in the evening exchange at the FAFGA FUTURE FEAST-BAR: The FAFGA is the platform for what the industry will continue.
