ELFABI – Institute for Parent and Family Education offers training and further education in keeping with the times

COMPETENTLY SUPPORT PARENTS – new training for parent educators from March 2024
The first course at ELFABI will start in March 2024 in the social blended learning format.
„Social blended learning combines the advantages of a location- and time-independent online teaching and learning setting with those of a consistent, developing learning group that reflects on their learning progress together and puts it into practice
“ explains Brigitte Lackner, course leader at ELFABI.
By combining face-to-face and online appointments with a teaching internship and shadowing, the graduates are able to accompany parent education events after the course and observe and moderate group dynamic processes. You can methodically and didactically plan, organize, promote and carry out events and different parent education formats (together with specialist speakers).

ELFABI – Institute for Parent and Family Education
The ELFABI is a branch of the Forum for Catholic Adult Education, which has been involved in the area of Catholic parent education for many years.
The offers of the institute, founded in 2023, are aimed specifically at parent educators in their training and further education and are intended to enable them to strengthen parenting skills and parenting skills in order to best support families in their parenting tasks. “It is not for nothing that parental tasks are often compared to the skills of managers.
