Public-service daily news deletes articles with false reports and gives cease-and-desist declarations to the billionaire Alischer US

Hamburg (OTS) –

The “Tagesschau”, Germany’s oldest and most influential news program, has completely deleted an article (“How much assets have already been frozen”) after submitting punishment for punishment against Uzbek-Russian billionaire Alischer Usmanow and his sister Gulbakhor Ismailova. The text contained several false dayy matters.

In its incorrect reporting, the “Tagesschau” claimed that “Usmanow should also belong in Germany.” Comparable, false factual claims, especially in relation to real estate on Lake Tegernsee, were repeatedly prohibited.

The passage contained in the same article, which referred to the “Dilbar” mega yacht, was also incorrect. The “Tagesschau” had inaccessible: “The German authorities have now determined that the ship belongs to Gulbhaor Ismailova, the sister of … Alisher Usmanov.”

With regard to such statements, a large number of large media have already given sub -desert declarations for our client for our client.

In particular, it is not the first time that the NDR, who is responsible for the “Tagesschau” journalistically, has set up and distributed comparable false claims and has therefore signed several punitive declarations of cease and desists in the past. Due to the broadcasting of the transmitter against these injunctive reliefs, he is now also obliged to pay contractual penalties.

Since 2022, numerous European media have been banned and deleted false factual claims that Mr. Usmanow and/or Ms. Ismailova are owners of the assets mentioned, which are actually kept in irrevocable trust funds, on which neither Mr. Usmanow nor his sister have control or property rights. In February, the dpa, Germany’s largest news agency, asked its media partners in a special report to withdraw and delete a dpa message in which Ms. Ismailova was the owner of the “Dilbar”.

With the approval of the EU’s courts, the EU Council uses newspaper publications with the untrue claims to sanction Ms. Ismailova. The – false – claim that Mr. Usmanow has given his sister assets is sufficient as the basis for imposing these sanctions. Even the BKA deleted its tweets with the claim that Ms. Ismailova is the owner of the “Dilbar”.
