Carinthia’s State Councilor Martin Gruber ignores EU law. With ordinance instead of modest, the wolf emissions are operated so that environmental associations cannot call courts for independent review. Law crusher Gruber hopes that his clearly unconstitutional ordinance cannot be checked by the highest courts because wolves are considered things and can therefore not be represented legally. The VGT calls for the rule of law: Stop the wolf killings – for the recognition of the important role of the wolf in the ecosystem!
Protest against wolf emissions
Not as many wolves have been shot all over Germany since the first appearance of the wolf in 2000 as in Carinthia since 2022 – this extermination campaign is illegal!
