Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Obie Award for Best New American Play in 2023, Vienna Theater Project presents another outstanding comedy. The play follows five Iranians who meet three times a week for a Test of English as a Foreign Language course in Karaj, Iran. Through translating Ricky Martin songs and watching questionable films, this powerful and funny piece shows how learning a foreign language can reflect struggles, transform identities, and open doors to new lives. This show is in English!
