Green Finance Group AG has received the green light to start construction on its prestigious project, the Green Business Center Vienna (GBC Vienna for short) in Vienna’s 11th district of Simmering. The start of construction work is scheduled for October 2025, with completion planned for December 2027. With this project, Green Finance Group AG is setting new standards for sustainable and future-oriented construction projects and establishing the Green Business Center Vienna as the third GBC after the Graz and Linz. The Green Business Center Vienna comprises seven modern towers with a total area of 28,900 m², combining innovative architecture with environmentally friendly technology. An energy-efficient building shell, large-scale photovoltaic modules and geothermal depth probes ensure a resource-saving and sustainable energy supply – features that establish the GBC Vienna as a showcase project in the field of green building.
