Soravia strengthens position as a leading hospitality specialist
Soravia, one of the leading real estate and hospitality specialists, is expanding the portfolio of the Loisium Wine & Spa Hotels together with Limestone Capital. Limestone Capital has acquired a majority stake in Loisium Wine & Spa Hotels and thus marks an important step in the expansion of the brand in Europe. In the next twelve months, four new Loisium Hotels in Italy and France will open, supported by the commitment of Limestone Capital, to invest over 100 million euros in the expansion of the brand.

The established locations of Loisium in Austria and France have already demonstrated the success of this concept at an international level. The planned expansion to Italy and further destinations in France is the next milestone of this trip.
