Since June 3, 2024, the Augarten Bridge has been comprehensively repaired by the City of Vienna – bridge construction and foundation engineering. The final construction phase is now being completed from the intersection of Carl-Szokoll-Platz and Franz-Josefs-Kai to the intersection of Obere Donaustraße and Untere Augartenstraße.
Traffic measures from January 14, 2025
On the night of January 13th to 14th, 2025, traffic phase 3 will be switched to. The lane towards Untere Augartenstrasse and the footpath and cycle path downstream will be closed.
There are 2 lanes available towards Obere Donaustraße, as well as the pedestrian and cycle path upstream.

- Planned end of construction: May 31, 2025
