In collaboration between ORF and the University of Vienna, a representative study “What does Austria believe?” is being carried out, the results of which will be available next year. Poverty in South Sudan: “Youth One World” with educational opportunities

The civil war in South Sudan officially ended in 2017. But the country is still plagued by bloody conflicts. This is one of the main reasons why South Sudan is one of the poorest countries in the world. 2.3 million internally displaced people live in the East African country. Most of them have little access to food, clean water, adequate housing and education. The Salesian Don Bosco aid organization “Youth One World” helps former street children to stand on their own two feet through school and vocational training.
