With ORF the best of Vorarlberg’s largest cultural festival
Vienna (OTS) – With extensive reporting, ORF Vorarlberg will also offer the Bregenz Festival a large multimedia stage in 2024 and provide exciting insights on all channels:
On TV on ORF 2, ORF III and on 3sat, on ORF ON, on the radio on Ö1 and on ORF Radio Vorarlberg as well as online at vorarlberg.ORF.at there is information and highlights from the largest cultural festival on Lake Constance.
Opening day live
On the occasion of the opening of the Bregenz Festival on July 17th, ORF Radio Vorarlberg will broadcast live all day from the glass studio directly from the festival grounds. “Vorarlberg today” will be on TV – also on the opening day – at 7 p.m. on ORF 2 V live from Bregenz. The vorarlberg.ORF.at website has the best pictures and exciting background stories from the opening day.
Highlights at ORF Vorarlberg
During the entire festival season, ORF Vorarlberg accompanies the Bregenz Festival comprehensively and in multimedia. Several concerts by the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and the Vorarlberg Symphony Orchestra will be heard on ORF Radio Vorarlberg, as well as an exciting workshop discussion on the opera “Tancredi” and three editions of the “Festival Breakfast” discussion series. ORF Radio Vorarlberg and the TV program “Vorarlberg today” on ORF 2 V constantly report in the news and in all programs. On vorarlberg.ORF.at, the Bregenz Festival is presented in a diverse manner via its own festival channel.
Beyond national borders
Radio Ö1 as well as ORF 2, ORF III and 3sat on TV as well as ORF ON offer program highlights for the Austrian and international audience. The opera “Tancredi” as well as concerts by the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and the Vorarlberg Symphony Orchestra are included in the Ö1 program. The “Festival Magazine” and the opening celebrations will be shown on national TV on ORF 2, and the ORF morning program “Guten Morgen Österreich” on ORF 2 will also be dedicated to what is happening in Bregenz. “Culture Today Special”, the “Festival Magazine” and the house opera “Tancredi” are on the program on ORF III. 3sat makes the opening ceremonies accessible to an international television audience.
