Vienna (OTS) – In June 2024, the ORF broadcasting group achieved the first “cultural summer” events with 18 of a total of 20 ORF live games from the EURO in Germany, the Formula 1 GP in Barcelona, information highlights such as the EU election such as Prater Picnic, Summer Night Concert or Danube Island Festival and long-running series such as “The Rosenheim Cops” and “Soko Linz” have a market share of 31.4 percent and a daily reach of 3.417 million viewers, which corresponds to 45.3 percent of TV Population.
With the EURO, local cabaret as well as Austrian films and series, ORF 1 was able to increase in all target groups in June 2024 compared to the previous year, with the greatest increase overall in the target group 12-29 years old with an increase of 6.0 percentage points, among those under 50 years of age and those over 50 by 2.2 percentage points each.

June top ratings in ORF 1
