After the double victory at the German Television Crime Festival 2023 (special award for Julia Koch as Best Actress and main prize), the successful run of the ORF country crime drama “The Silence of the Donkeys” will continue in 2024. The third Vorarlberg film in the popular ORF series by and with screenwriter, director and leading actor Karl Markovics, which an average of 750,000 viewers with a 25 percent market share did not want to miss at its ORF 1 premiere on January 9, 2024 at this year’s TeleVisionale Film and Series Festival Baden-Baden today, Friday, November 29, 2024, as “Best Television Film 2024” was awarded the TV Film Prize of the German Academy of Performing Arts.
