ORF broadcasts the abdication of Queen Margrethe of Denmark live

Vienna (OTS) The world’s longest-serving monarch (since the death of Queen Elizabeth II) unexpectedly abdicates. In 1972, Margrethe was proclaimed Queen of Denmark – on Sunday, January 14, 2024, she will clear the way for her eldest son Frederik. How the Danish population reacts to this, what can be expected from the new king and why Australia can be happy about the first queen from Down Under – ORF 2 will show the pictures of the centenary event from Copenhagen live from 1:20 p.m. (until 3:55 p.m.).
