The Easter Festival Tirol 2025 opens with a special event: the Austrian premiere of “Due Cori” by the Italian composer Salvatore Sciarrino. The Heidelberg sound forum combines old and new on this extraordinary concert evening in the Haller salt warehouse. The popular Austrian actor Tobias Moretti holds the opening speech.
The events of the first festival days show the diversity of the multi -division festival: the play “Five in the morning” by Swiss director Ursina Greuel tells of solidarity, inequality and injustice (Sat, April 5). In “Destination FCKD” of the Austrian dance company Hungry Sharks blur the boundaries between reality and simulation (Sun, April 6). The brass band of wind power chapel for new music lead to new sound worlds with the premiere “hunting clouds, dazzling blue!” The Tyrolean composer Johannes Maria Staud (Tue, April 8).
