Older employment – still a lot of potential in companies

It is not only since the government’s current pension reform has the retirement age back into focus. Again and again, neoliberal side is challenged to redesign the pension system by means of anti -employee reforms. The financing of the pension system does not decide on the stock market or with cuts, but above all on the labor market. However, there is a need for action in the employment of people from 55 urgent. To raise the de facto pension age, measures are urgently needed-such as a bonus/painting system for companies. AK and ÖGB have worked out an older employment package.
