The supervisory board of Europe’s leading gaming technology group has appointed a further board member, Stefan Krenn
Gumpoldskirchen (OTS) – On February 15, 2024, the Supervisory Board of NOVOMATIC AG appointed Mag. Stefan Krenn, LL.M. appointed as a new member of the board. He will serve in this role together with the two board members, Dipl.-Ing. Ryszard Presch and Mag. Johannes Gratzl form the new three-person board of the international group.

Stefan Krenn has played a key role in shaping the strategic development of the group in recent years and has made an important contribution to the company’s success. Krenn, who studied economics and information and media law, has held various positions at the international gaming technology group since 2015. Among other things, as general secretary and global division manager and, until recently, as authorized signatory of NOVOMATIC AG. In addition, the native of Upper Austria is managing director and supervisory board member in various subsidiaries of the group.
