Nicole Schmidt has been working for the credit insurer Acredia for over twenty years. The Viennese native is now taking over the Claims & CollectionS department. In this position, Schmidt is responsible for the entire claims processing and debt collection business, and she also takes over the management of Acredia Services GmbH. “I’m really looking forward to the new challenge,” said Schmidt. “Together with my experienced and committed team, I would like to expand and further develop this important area. There is still a lot of potential, especially in our debt collection service, which is becoming increasingly important in the current economic situation.”
The qualified lawyer went through various career stages at Acredia and most recently headed the Customer Relation Center, which she set up and constantly expanded in 2018. Nicole Schmidt succeeds Hubert Viehauser in the new position, who is retiring after more than thirty years with the company.
