Today, the Shawn “Jay-Z” carter’s team announced that ABC News received and published a new admission from Jane Doe, which confirms that Carter has never sexually attacked her and that lawyer Tony Buzbee did to put up false accusations against Carter.
The recorded conversation, which took place between DOE and private investigators, contained the described groundbreaking section:
Investigator #1 : So you only came up with Jay-Z’s name because he asked you and-did he indicate that Jay-Z could have something to do with it?
Jane Doe : He was the one who made me continue with him, with Jay-Z.
Investigator #2 : Mit JAY-Z? Buzbee hat?
Jane Doe : And
The new sound recording confirms the evidence that Carter’s lawyer team presented to the Supreme Court of the State of California at the beginning of March, including two affidavit from Butler and Henderson, which show that Buzbee pushed his clients to lie.
In addition, the admission shows that Doe admitted that Carter never sexually attacked her:
Investigator #1: (Buzbee) asked you about Jay-Z?
Jane Doe: And
Investigator #1: But Jay-Z, so they said, was there definitely there? But he had nothing to do with it, or he was just –
Jane Doe: He was there
Investigator #2: He was just there, but he had nothing to do with any sexual acts towards you, it was pure –
Jane Doe: And
In an interview with ABC News, Carter’s lawyer Alex Spiro explained that “the tape speaks for himself” and “it is actually a lie and the only reason why Mr. Carter is involved in this matter is that she was pushed to include it”.
The development comes a day after BUZBEE was criticized by Judge Ronnie Abrams in a disposal that confirmed that Buzbee had submitted a lawsuit and other briefs in the southern district of New York, although he was not approved as a lawyer there. He also failed to disclose the violation despite a previous warning by another judge.
