Farnik has many years of management and leadership experience in human resources and corporate communications at group level, was press spokesperson at ÖBB and also runs her own management consultancy. Most recently, she was an authorized representative at SCHIG mbH, where she set up and managed several areas – including an authority. As a consultant, she has been supporting managers individually for 25 years, in leadership and high potential programs as well as in performance coaching and advising organizations on communication and change processes.
Farnik studied history, political and communication sciences as well as general management in St. Gallen and has master’s degrees in business training, human resources and organizational development as well as coaching and supervision. She is also a certified quality manager and auditor as well as a lecturer at technical colleges.
