Audio offerings from ORF Radio Vorarlberg in a fresh design on the streaming platform sound.ORF.at
Vienna (OTS) – The seven podcasts from ORF Radio Vorarlberg are presented in a new, slim design. “Cactus cuddles”, “Views”, “Focus”, “We ask”, “Culture of conversation”, “What’s new at Neustädter” and “Suti cooks” are available at any time on sound.ORF.at, the ORF’s comprehensive audio platform.
Collaboration with regional creatives
“We derived a circular element from the O of the ORF. This symbolizes a loudspeaker, a long-playing record, a button that you would like to press. The distinction between the individual topics is achieved with striking typography and strong color combinations. And as a little surprise and as a guarantee of independence, this circle appears as a circle in the overall area and the square, which actually limits the format of the usual podcast subjects, disappears into the dark backgrounds of the smartphones and tablets,” explains Sigi Ramoser, Managing Director the Dornbirn communications agency Sägenvier, which is responsible for the new design.

sound.ORF.at bundles all of ORF’s audio offerings on one platform: In addition to the twelve ORF radio stations, which are also available as live streams, the reports and podcasts, which can be accessed at any time, form the core of the public streaming platform. sound.ORF.at is also available as an app for iOS and Android. ORF Radio Vorarlberg is available here as a live stream and also as “audio on demand”, the content can be listened to at any time and location. The seven ORF Vorarlberg podcasts can be found at sound.ORF.at/podcast/vbg.

In the “Cuddling Cactus” podcast, presenters Dominic Dapré and Christian Suter talk about life, which is full of opposites – hard and soft, sad and funny, sweet and sour – just like a cactus to cuddle with.
In the “Views – Visiting ORF Vorarlberg”, personalities from Vorarlberg give insight into their lives and careers in conversation with presenter Ulli von Delft, highlight the important or decisive stages for them and share their philosophy of life and their insights.
In the podcast “Focus – Topics for Life”, presenter Georg Fabjan presents lectures by proven experts from various disciplines that provide inspiration for a better understanding of our own lives, the people around us and our time.
“We ask – The ORF Vorarlberg Interview Podcast” offers first-hand background information: ORF Vorarlberg editors are in conversation with people who provide context and background information on the most important current topics in Vorarlberg.
“Conversation culture – The ORF Vorarlberg culture podcast” is moderated by the culture editors of ORF Vorarlberg and offers interviews with exciting people from Vorarlberg’s cultural scene.
