The International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol is expanding its further training offer to the new certificate course Strategic HR Leadership. The part-time course is aimed at both specialists and managers in human resources and managing directors: inside who want to expand their strategic skills in the People & Organization area. The program starts in the winter semester 2025/26. Registrations are now possible.
The university course conveys practical know-how in strategic HR management, leadership, organizational development and people analytics. A special focus is on a modern understanding of leadership in the context of Vuca (Volatility, UncertaAnty, Complexity, Ambiguity), New Work and Digital Transformation. The aim is to enable HR managers and managing directors: to actively help shape future-oriented personnel work and to make a sustainable contribution to entrepreneurial added value. The scope of the program is 16 ECTs and can be completed within one semester. The lessons take place in compact block units in hybrid form (presence and online).

A central element of the course is the targeted practice: as part of the module Transformation project P&O Develop a specific project from their own company context. Accompanied by experienced experts: Inside, it is worked out how HR can be strategically aligned and sustainable – with direct benefit for the organization and sustainable learning effect for the participants.

The Zertifikatslehrgang Strategic HR Leadership is aimed at people with professional experience in the personnel area, especially in a manager or advisory function. The participants benefit from the combination of scientifically sound content, current HR trends and best practice from corporate practice.
For companies, the course offers the opportunity to further train their HR executives and thus strengthen the strategic direction of personnel management. This not only promotes employee loyalty and development, but also supports the sustainable securing of competitive advantages through an innovative and sustainable personnel strategy.
