- Find new employees quickly and easily: willhaben AI tool creates a professional, customizable job description based on the job title within a few seconds
- As a job platform for Austria, willhaben primarily wants to support small and medium-sized companies in recruiting the best talent
willhaben currently counts around 18,000 job advertisements in the jobs segment and matches employees with employers in all sectors, from retail to crafts to social professions. “We not only score points with a diverse range of offerings for job seekers, but also with an outstanding reach for companies. It is particularly important to us to make the digital job advertisement task as simple, uncomplicated and at the same time as professional as possible. And so we integrated a new tool into the text input of the ad task that is based on artificial intelligence and generates a professional and adaptable job description within a few seconds based on the specified job title,” describes Markus Zink, Head of Jobs at willhaben and adds: “This can, but does not necessarily have to be adopted one-to-one, but can also simply serve as inspiration and be refined and adapted according to personal needs.”
Artificial intelligence in human resources is on the rise
The use of artificial intelligence in human resources will already cover numerous areas in 2024. “Whether when writing job advertisements, analyzing applications or pre-selecting candidates – AI-based tools have the potential to support or partially take over numerous crucial tasks in human resources. The time gained can then be used to address the numerous other opportunities and challenges that companies are currently facing,” says Zink.
More than 31,000 companies have already trusted willhaben jobs
In Austria, according to the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economic Affairs More than 99 percent of the companies are in the SME segment – and so willhaben pays particular attention to tailoring the advertising task specifically to the needs of SMEs.
“With the new AI-supported ad creation and the ability, which has been established for years, to post job ads yourself easily, quickly and at moderate entry-level prices, we are primarily targeting those who have rarely or perhaps never advertised a job online,” explains Markus Zink and concludes: “With willhaben, SMEs find themselves on a platform that they usually already know as a personal companion from their everyday lives and now also use to place their jobs. We see it as our clear mission to support our customers – especially SMEs – and to provide them with the best possible support in all essential recruiting steps.”
