“The current study of the Austrian integration fund speaks a clear language: 70 percent of Austrians find the integration in our country bad. This is a devastating judgment for the decades of left-wing welcome policy-especially under the red-pink city government in Vienna,” criticizes the Vienna FPÖ boss City Councilor Dominik Nepp.
According to the survey, almost half of those surveyed feel more uncertain today than a year ago. Particularly alarming: living together with asylum seekers and immigrants who have come to Austria since 2015 is rated mostly negatively. “This clearly shows that both cultural differences and divergent values lead to a lack of will to integrate. People have enough of parallel societies, unfortunate groups and left trivialization. They want security, clear rules and a commitment to our values.
