Nebula Energy LLC acquires majority interest in AG&P LNG, a subsidiary of AG&P Group focused on integrated LNG terminals and downstream gas market development

Leading LNG terminals and downstream infrastructure company, AG&P LNG (AG&P Terminals & Logistics Pte Ltd), a subsidiary of AG&P Group, today announced that Nebula Energy LLC, a fully integrated investment, development and asset management company focused on the liquefied natural gas (LNG) and carbon capture and storage (CCS) sectors, has acquired a majority stake in the company.

AG&P LNG is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and will now operate as an independent subsidiary of Nebula Energy with key operations in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, India, Vietnam and Indonesia. Peter Gibson has been appointed Chairman and Sam Abdalla Vice Chairman, while Karthik Sathyamoorthy will continue as CEO of AG&P LNG. AG&P LNG accelerates the deployment of downstream LNG infrastructure and logistics networks, bridging the gap between infrastructure/logistics and demand with its advanced, proprietary LNG technology and unique, leading LNG credentials to develop LNG facilities in fast-growing markets own and operate.
