According to the first projection, the FPÖ clearly came in first place in the National Council election on Sunday with 29.1 percent. According to ORF/APA/FORESIGHT projections, second place goes to the ÖVP with 26.2 percent. The SPÖ is a distant third with 20.4 percent. The race between NEOS and the Greens is close with values of 8.8 and 8.6 percent respectively. The remaining lists failed to move in.
