The Austrian Society for Consumer Studies (ÖGVS) has users: called on the inside of 532 apps from 62 industries. More than 162,469 reviews were submitted and the ÖGVS app Award 2025 in the area of ”Package Services” went to the MyDPD parcel management app from DPD-Austria’s leader private parcel service*.
“For us, this award is a great confirmation of our innovative customer service approaches. The success of the app is not only recognized by the ÖGVS Award, but also by the approximately 800,000 users: inside that you have already downloaded and use it regularly,” so Mag. Rainer Schwarz, Managing Director of DPD Austria.
The MyDPD app offers a variety of functions, including live tracking for package tracking, the possibility of detour, the pickup finder and the determination of individual delivery preferences such as the desired packets shop or the storage OK. A special advantage of the app: users: Inside, push messages can activate and are informed about the status of your shipment even faster. In addition, the users always have a mobile package slip in their MyDPD account in their MyDPD account and also find other useful functions, such as a practical address book.
