For the national holiday on October 26th, RegionalMedien Austria is focusing all of its 121 print and 116 local online editions entirely on the advantages of our country with “MeinÖsterreich”. This week, exciting interviews with inspiring personalities, as well as important projects and model Austrian companies will be presented in all MeinBezirk newspapers and on MeinBezirk.at.
“With our edition “MeinÖsterreich” we combine tradition and modernity, and show why our country is valued worldwide – for its culture, nature and the quality seal ‘Made in Austria’,” says national editor-in-chief Mag. Maria Jelenko-Benedikt.
As in the previous year, the Austria-wide media company is sending a strong signal around the national holiday for the importance of local businesses and the beauty of our country. This year the view is expanded to include an international perspective, with interviews with the German ambassador Vito Cecere and the Croatian ambassador Daniel Glunčić, who describe their view of Austria as a host country.
A greeting from Austrian Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen can also be found in this edition. Before the government negotiations begin, he explains from his perspective why we Austrians can look forward to the future.
