Mr. Colman brings extraordinary knowledge of finance and accounting to the board, which he developed at the highest level during his almost 40-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where he worked with numerous listed Fortune-500 companies. His experience is invaluable when it comes to reporting on public companies and leadership in corporate strategy and development. He also brings a deep understanding of how an examination board with the board, management and external examiners work together. The Board of Directors confirmed that Mr. Colman is independent and is a financial expert of the examination board.

He received his BS in accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from St. John’s University.
