The Austrian Federal Association for Psychotherapy (ÖBVP) and the Association of Austrian Psychotherapists (VÖPP) provide information about possible ways to cope with stressful working conditions for journalists.

In the webinar you will receive information about the possible effects of your daily work demands and you will receive recommendations for developing your own resilience:

  • How do I recognize signs of psychological stress and stress – including physical symptoms – and how do I react to them? (Psychosomatics and Neurobiology)
  • What happens to me and my body when I am exposed to terrible images and messages? How can I deal with this better? (trauma – trigger – retraumatization)
  • What steps can I take to ensure that my health does not suffer from my work? (Development of resilience)
