“Wilma” and “Olga” are ready at the “H53 Pfons-Brenner” construction lot. The last two tunnel boring machines will open the main tunnel tubes towards Innsbruck. The distance from the assembly cavern to the final destination is around 7.5 kilometers for each of the two machines. A total of nine machines are being used in the construction of the Brenner Base Tunnel.
Media representatives are cordially invited to the turning ceremony.
