The structural preparation measures are currently underway on the property. The waste heat of unused heat sources is targeted directly into the heating and energy cycle on site. In a separate combined heat and power plant, electricity and heat are generated at the same time by means of power and heat. Excess energy is saved and used in a targeted manner if necessary. And absorption chillers in connection with the combined heat and power plant ensure sustainable cooling in summer. Green roof and open spaces also ensure natural cooling effects.

There are sufficient fast charging stations for electric vehicles in an e -charging park for environmentally friendly mobility – regardless of whether you have to work at the location or have to do the batteries by passing through.
