The insolvency court approval of the purchase agreement for the property at Mariahilfer Straße 10-18 between a wholly owned subsidiary of the Stumpf Group and the responsible insolvency administrator was granted on October 18, 2024. The purchase agreement therefore became legally binding on the same date.
At the same time, discussions began with the various departments of the city of Vienna and the district to coordinate the project.
The Stumpf Group will develop the future usage concept in the coming months with the aim of having a coordinated project in place in the summer of 2025
