The Lignoloc® wooden nails from Beck have received the official environmental product declaration (EPD). Based on the official ecological balance (LCA) of our magazine wooden nail, the EPD shows all environmental aspects over the entire life cycle of Lignoloc® and thus offers a reliable, transparent basis for circulatory work, constructing and building.
Lignoloc® is the first shootable wooden nail with which wood can be connected to wood variety – without any metal, glue or other adhesives. Compared to conventional fasteners, up to 66 % CO₂ are saved. The wooden nails can be processed both with the Lignoloc® compressed air handheld devices and fully automated in multifunctional manufacturing bridges. The wooden nails from Beck are particularly interesting for furniture and interior design, the design of aesthetic wooden facades and the future-oriented industrial prefabrication of boarding sparkling elements, board stacking elements and use in wooden frame construction. Lignoloc® is suitable for all applications in constructive timber construction and has approval for the entire EU and the USA.
New in the range: Lignoloc® 3.5 x 25 mm wooden nail – ideal for carpenters and carpenters!
The Lignoloc® 3.5 x 25 mm wooden nail with stated shaft is the perfect solution for precise working in furniture construction, interior design and when attaching wooden shingles.
With a diameter of 3.5 mm and the tiered shaft, which reduces the wooden column, this nail is a reliable choice for carpenters/ carpenters that rely on quality when it comes to detail. It is the perfect solution, especially for applications in kitchen construction, furniture construction and in the construction of interior wall cladding.
The new length of 25 mm is also available from April 2025 – for even more possible uses in sustainable projects!
In addition to the new stepped variant of Lignoloc®, the wooden nail from Beck is available in different lengths and diameters, including designs with and without a head, as well as with blunt lace.
