Trade and the metal industry, among others, are currently negotiating Collective agreement 2024. While the social partners in the trade sector – the largest KV group with almost 500,000 employees – have only just begun their discussions, the fourth round of negotiations in the metal technology industry with around 120,000 employees has already been unsuccessful. The GPA and PRO-GE unions are responding to this with warning strikes in the metal industry from today until Wednesday.
