Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber and KKR and a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain software solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire MercuryGate International Inc., a leading provider of transportation management systems (TMS). . MercuryGate stands for multimodal optimization and implementation strength as well as broad expertise combined with fast implementation and measurable value creation contributions. The acquisition is a further strategic step to comprehensively and innovatively expand Körber’s supply chain software portfolio with solutions that are flexibly adaptable and scalable for customers.
