Kentucky Straight Bourbon in fine-grained precision-EIC
Louisville, Ky. (OTS) –

The year 2025 marks the first release of Bomberger’s PfG ™ (Precision Fine Grain) Kentucky Straight Bourbon. “Over the years, our flagship Bomberger’s Declaration Bourbon has always had a rich, strong character that I love. This new version of Bomberger’s PFG ™ continues our efforts to continue experimenting with Bomberger’s and expanding the limits of the American whiskeys. It is a wonderful expression with a great texture and a remarkable spectrum of rich, full flavors that result from our team’s well -thought -out research by our team under very special conditions, “comments Michter’s Master Distiller Dan McKee.

Bomberger’s PfG ™ is produced by the first maturation of Kentucky Straight Bourbon in a new toasted and charred American oak barrel. After complete maturation, the Kentucky Straight Bourbon is removed from the first barrel and filled into a second, new, specially made, toasted and charred French barrel made of fine -grained oak after the strictest specifications. These barrels are toasted in a precisely defined temperature range over a certain period of time before they receive selective charcoal. The whiskey matures in these second barrels before it is filled into small batches that are filtered by us by us before bottles in bottles with 100.2 pro (50.1 % ABV).

The Bomberger’s PFG ™ finishing barrel is a mixture of wooden different origins, including the respected forests of Tronçais, Allier, Nevers and Vosges. It is made of wood that was dried in France near the Charente river for at least 40 months, where the humidity, the microflora, the climate, the wind direction and the altitude create a unique ripening environment. After this maturation, the stubborns are selected by hand to build the Bomberger’s PfG ™ finishing barrels.

The focus is on the precision with every step of the Bomberger PfG ™ production process. Andrea Wilson, Master of Maturation at Michter’s, comments: “The result is a medley from engaging aromas of sweets to floral notes, a palate with beautifully integrated fruits and herbal notes with a full body and a luxurious, creamy texture that with gentle Spects and chocolate. “

The recommended sales price in the USA for a 750 ml bottle of Bomberger’s PFG ™ is $ 140.
