On Monday night is with Kathe Sasso one of the last survivors from the time of the Austrian resistance against National Socialism died at the age of 98, as the Second President of the National Council Doris Bures (SPÖ) announced in a broadcast. There were tributes from politicians for Sasso’s political commitment and her decades-long work as a contemporary witness.
