HR expert Andreja Oladeinde has been strengthening the management team at Austria’s largest job platform karriere.at as Chief People Officer (CPeO) since the beginning of April.
Vienna (OTS) – Andreja Oladeinde is a specialist in human resources strategy, employee experience, change management, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) and organizational development. The Viennese has almost 20 years of professional experience and was most recently employed as Chief People and Culture Officer at the Viennese IT company Anyline. In this role, she was responsible, among other things, for the integration of the people strategy into the general corporate strategy, the ongoing development of the corporate culture and the optimization of HR processes. In her new role as CPeO at karriere.at, Oladeinde will continually develop the human resources strategy, further strengthen karriere.at’s external image as an employer and promote the topic of DEIB as a cornerstone of the company’s values.
