Kapsch Trafficcom has concluded a framework contract for toll systems with vegfinans, the largest toll operator in Norway.
The company has secured the four-year framework contract estimated at 7.5 million euros, which has the potential to grow to a low double-digit million amount.
The contract provides for the introduction of the Autopass MLFF (Multi-Lane Free Flow) toll system on both existing and new locations, which means that Kapsch Trafficcom will either upgrade the existing toll infrastructure or have so far not built new systems.

We are confident that our new supplier will be a good partner that offers quality and reliability, which will strengthen our common goal of a precise and safe toll survey.“
The systems are installed in several southern Norwegian provinces. The new toll solutions will include motorways and smaller cities and contribute to improved transport efficiency and sustainability in the entire region.
