IV-NÖ starts new campaign: “So that AUT doesn’t become OUT”

The Lower Austrian Industrial Association (IV-NÖ) is launching an advertising initiative to highlight the central role of industry in quality of life, jobs, location and climate protection. The AI-generated campaign was developed by the Linz agency Identity Werbedesign and uses a combination of posters, print ads and social media.

Central message: Industry stands for quality of life

Under the motto “So that AUT doesn’t become OUT,” three different subjects show that the Lower Austrian industry stands for climate protection, job security and progress & research. The slogans are “High-tech for climate protection”, “Made in Austria secures jobs” and “Research secures our future”. All messages end with the postscript: “Our industry. The other word for quality of life.”

Campaign goal: to wake up and raise awareness

“It is important to make it clear to people that the industry does not just represent abstract economic figures, but also has a significant influence on our quality of life,” explains IV-NÖ managing director Michaela Roither.

IV-NÖ President Kari Ochsner explains: “If the industry moves away, people here in Austria will lose their jobs and thus their livelihood. The state loses high tax revenues with which it finances public services in areas such as health, education, social affairs and security. And it endangers our important environmental and climate protection goals, because nowhere else are there such strict production requirements as in Europe and Austria.”

Ochsner and Roither therefore demand: “The industry has enormous value for our beautiful country. In view of the challenges and the responsibility towards future generations, politicians must finally act and take measures to make Austria internationally competitive again. Companies can only exist if they are able to operate successfully.”
