The two leading ServiceNow Elite Partner Solvvision and ITSM Group join together to form a group of companies. The corresponding agreement has now been signed. The ITSM founder Siegfried Riedel sells a majority of his shares. In addition to Siegfried Riedel, the main shareholders of the new joint group are the FinanzInvestor Prom12, who has been involved in Solvvision since 2024, as well as Patrick Kasimir, CEO of the Solvvision.
Together, the offer should be expanded and the Europe -wide growth should be promoted. The two brands are initially preserved in order to obtain identities and cultures, especially for customers and employees. Over the coming years, the sister companies want to build up a common identity and culture and grow organically under a new common brand.
Leading European specialist for digital transformation
ITSM and Solvvision support their customers in the digital transformation of their business processes. Both houses specialize in advice and the implementation and operation of ServiceNow-the provider of the leading platform for digitization and automation of end-to-end processes and services. There is a special strength of Solvvision in the presence in German SMEs and ITSM in delivery for international companies.
Numerous awards up to the Awards “EMEA implementation Partner of the Year 2025” and “EMEA Reseller Partner of the Year 2025” recently awarded by ServiceNow underline the competence of both houses. Together, Solvvision and ITSM cover the service portfolio even better. In the future, further acquisitions in Europe and the expansion of specialized areas of competence are planned for even better support for customers.

Close cooperation now
The cooperation between the two companies starts after the transaction’s closing. The teams will get to know each other intensively in the coming weeks and work directly on the first joint projects, for example in the joint development of new products and advisory services or through the joint staff of project teams.
