IP Austria, the multi-channel marketing subsidiary of RTL Deutschland, recently moved into its new office space in the Zwei district at Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 11-17 in Vienna and, after successful renovation work, is now proudly presenting a flexible and innovative working environment that meets the growing meets the requirements of your employees.
Versatile workspaces for an adaptive work environment
IP Austria’s new office space covers an area of around 980 square meters and integrates the innovative principle of “Activity Based Working” from the New Work concept. They form a central hub in the modern, hybrid working world, which is characterized by extensive mobile office options. In addition to space for concentrated work and creative exchange, there are also rooms specially designed for project and individual work. At the same time, the company attaches importance to relaxation areas to promote employee well-being, which underlines IP Austria’s commitment to a balanced and contemporary work culture.

The Quarter Two – a balance between work and relaxation
The interior design of the new IP Austria location was conceived together with the architect Chiara Riccardi from toikoi in a participatory process involving the employees and implemented in collaboration with the management consultancy MOOCON, which is responsible for the project development.
Quarter Two, a Value One project, extends over more than 130,000 m² of office space and 10 hectares of green space and impresses with its sustainable and energy-efficient construction. This green oasis in the middle of the city offers a perfect balance between work and relaxation and underlines IP Austria’s commitment to a sustainable future.
