How did the UNITO Group develop in a financial year marked by uncertainty and what major changes is it planning?
Graz (OTS) – The 2023/24 financial year was a defining one for retail. Many forecasts did not come true as expected, uncertainties remained high for retailers, but the UNITO Group (OTTO, UNIVERSAL, QUELLE, ACKERMANN, LASCANA) did everything in its power to complete a satisfactory financial year given the market circumstances – with success.
Now the group of companies is setting the next milestone towards a successful future and is planning a major change that will be announced on April 15, 2024, on the day of the balance sheet press conference. The change not only has an impact on our own employees, but is also extremely relevant for the entire perception of the corporate group.
