Austrian companies are undoubtedly facing major challenges: accelerated by the pandemic and being tested by the environment, society and the economy, work and office structures are changing. But these challenges are also opportunities at the same time. To do this, companies have to ask themselves many questions: How can the digital and future-ready transformation in the company succeed? How do we ensure social, economic and ecological sustainability? How do we ensure there are enough young talent, efficient managers and how do we shape change?
With scientific support from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) Employees and employers dealt intensively with these questions within a focus group. The new findings were summarized in a comprehensive report, which is now being presented at a press conference. It shows what the workplace of the future can look like and how modern leadership can create resilience for the transformation of work.
It was important for companies to be co-creators of change and to think together about solutions for employees and companies café+co International as well as BDO Austria an impulse to take the lead thematically and be part of the initiative as a focus group sponsor.
