Vienna (OTS) – Vladimir Putin will win the election in Russia – but by how much is not yet clear. What is certain, however, is that the security situation in Europe has changed significantly as a result of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. What is the state of security in Austria? Since 1955 we have relied on neutrality, but without it we live like Switzerland. Our second role model, Sweden, has just joined NATO. Can we continue as before or do we have to rethink neutrality? How safe is Austria really?
